The purpose of this survey was to assess the FPSO Operating lessons learned over the last ten years on six Norwegian FPSOs, and the extent to which decisions made in the design phase have influenced the overall success of the project.
The conclusions can be useful input to the development of future FPSO designs and projects, particularly when used in conjunction with the existing FPSO lessons database.
