The guidelines for classification and categorisation of well control incidents and well integrity incidents have been revised. The revision is number 6 in the series, dated 24 February 2021. The changes are highlighted in Chapter 7.
The purpose if these guidelines is to ensure that well incidents can be categorized and classified, and evaluated to ensure common, consistent and correct alerting, notifying and reporting to the authorities.
These guidelines are only available in English.
