The privacy policy is about how Offshore Norge collects and uses information about visitors to our websites. Offshore Norge, through the managing director, is responsible for the company's processing of personal data.

What information do we process on our websites and what rights do I have?
The data collected is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you as a person.

Users have the option to sign up for newsletters/news alerts. Contact information provided when signing up for the newsletter is not disclosed to others, and you can at any time request to be deleted from the news alert service, or request access to the information stored about your subscription/membership. The basis for processing is consent that you give by signing up for the newsletter.

Offshore Norge uses Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and fully complies with GDPR, CCPA and PECR.

Although the purpose of Plausible Analytics is to track the use of a website, this can still be done without collecting personal data or personally identifiable information (PII), without using cookies and while respecting the privacy of the website visitors.
