New recommended guidelines has been established - 134 Recommended guidelines for specifying the application of Articles 2.2.2 and 2.2.3 of the accounting agreement when dividing operating costs and user fields.

The guidelines intends to recommend a uniform industrial practice for how the Accounting Agreement's articles 2.2.2 General research and development, and 2.2.3 Executive management and group staff, are to be understood and applied when a user field is linked to a host field for the purchase of processing and/or transport capacity, renting slots etc.
