Sharing to be better #5, Well control incident - Completion

This incident highlights the importance of following procedures, attention to detail and quality control of calculations performed on the rig

The incident was published Mach 2012. Presentation of the incident is attached both in Norwegian and English.

The key message is to focus on what can be learnt from such events. It is hoped that sharing of such incidents will be helpful in our efforts to avoid or reduce the likelihood and severity of well incidents. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated by the task force.
